![]() Birthday time … Floatopia was three years-old on 8th July. As with most anniversaries, it seems like only yesterday we opened our doors to the stressed and overwrought of west London and yet it also somehow seems as though we've always been here… either way, I just wanted to thank you all for your custom and support which made reaching this milestone possible. I think it should be part of every sports persons recovery."![]() Two wheels good, two legs bad… I spent the weekend before last following the Tour de France in the Alps. Deciding to get the real flavour of the event, I took my bike and rode some of the climbs on the route which was one of the most challenging and exhausting things I have ever done. After three days of hard cycling (I have nothing but awe for the professionals who do it for 21 days out of 23!) I was in quite a state at Geneva airport for the flight home. However, a two hour float the next day revived my aching legs, removed the vestiges of lower back pain and erased my tiredness …. So I definitely second Mel's assessment!!![]() Stressbusters!
