Notes for on-line booking
On first page enter your name and contact details. If you are an existing customer enter your name exactly as you did on the new client form. You can speed up future bookings by checking the box to remember your details for next time. Then click next.

Under “employee” select “first available” unless you have a particular liking for one of our suites in which case choose your favourite! Under service select “Float booking”, ignore the second service box which appears after the first is selected. Select the day you wish to float on the calendar and then the timeslot. Confirm the details are correct and submit your request.

IMPORTANT
Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation e-mail back.
If you have requested a booking at short notice (ie less than 12 hrs) and have not received an e-mail response please call us to check your booking’s status prior to setting off for the centre. If you are a new customer we may telephone you for a credit card number with which to hold the booking. This card will not be charged unless you fail to arrive or give less than 24hrs notice of cancellation or change.
